1. Showroom & Website Scope

These terms govern your visit to our showroom at 158/131/1, Haridwar Road, Araghar, Dehradun and the use of the Pauri Jewellers website. By browsing our catalog or placing custom orders, you agree to these standard terms.

2. Gold Pricing & Market Rates

All gold and silver prices are calculated based on daily market bullions rates officially prevailing in Dehradun at the time of final invoice generation. Making charges and gemstone additions are itemized transparently.

3. 100% BIS Hallmarking & HUID

Every gold piece sold by Pauri Jewellers is 100% certified under Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking (916 for 22K, 750 for 18K) and carries an individual 6-digit laser-etched HUID identifier verifiable via the BIS Care App.

4. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom handcrafted Garhwali jewellery (such as bespoke Gulband, Tehri Nath, or Pauchi bangles) requires an initial booking advance. Due to the handcrafted nature, final gold weight may vary by +/- 2-3%, which will be adjusted in the final bill.

5. Old Gold Exchange Policy

Old gold exchange is conducted transparently in front of the customer using certified digital karatometer assays with 100% valuation of net pure gold content.
